Where do I login to view/change my iTech profile?
Login by entering your entering your username and password in the menu item at the top left of this page. Once you are logged in you will be taken to your technician home page and on this page click the Contact Info tab.
Unable to login with iTech Username & Password.
If you are unable to login, you are likely either entering the wrong Username & Password or you are not registered as an ITN iTech. Make sure you are entering the Username & Password that you created upon registration with ITN. If you forget your Username and/or Password, you can request a new Password by clicking here.
Unable to apply for projects, wrong Username/Password.
If your Username & Password are not working when you attempt to apply for a project, you are likely either entering the wrong Username & Password or you are not registered as an ITN iTech. Make sure you are entering the Username & Password that you choose upon registration with ITN. If you forget your Username and/or Password, you can request a new Password by clicking here.
What are the colored rating dots in my iTech profile all about?
There is a full explanation of ratings dots/colors in your iTech login area. Login to your iTech account and you should be able to see the ratings legend on the login page.
Why is nobody contacting me about projects I have applied for?
ITN clients have thousands of iTech's to choose from when attempting to cover their projects. The best advice we can give you is to watch ITN Project Postings and apply for all projects you are qualified plus available for. It's also important that you keep your iTech profile up to date and are in good standing with ITN. "Good standing" meaning minimal negative comments from clients and/or ITN.
The only role ITN may occasionally play in determining which iTech's clients accept to their projects, is our overall rating for certain iTech's ITN's overall rating is based on what our clients are saying about a particular iTech as well as ITN's direct experience.
Why do I receive email regarding projects that are no where near me?
Some iTech's are interested in projects that are far away from where they live and some are not. We ask you to give us your preference regarding when you receive project alert email, at registration. Occasionally, in an attempt to cover a broad area, clients and/or ITN may inadvertently send you an email. It's also possible that you haven't updated your email preferences lately. We ask that you simply ignore any email from ITN or ITN clients that you are not interested in. It shouldn't happen too often.
How do I cancel my iTech account?
To cancel your iTech account, login to your profile. Once you login, you will have the option of canceling your account.

Be sure to follow instructions. Passwords and Usernames are case sensitive, check to ensure that your caps lock key is not on by mistake. Be sure to enter your Username & Password exactly as shown in the reminder email.
How come I (we) don't have access to iTech contact information with our PMM account?
If you do not have access to iTech contact information it means you have free Level 1 access to PMM. You must upgrade your account to Level 2 or 3 PMM access in order to get iTech contact information.
Upgrade to Level 2 or 3 PMM access by clicking on the "Contact Informaiton" link located on the right side menu and use the "Sales" link to contact iTechnicians.net Sales staff.

Login to your PMM account by entering your Username and Password in the form located at the top of right side menu. Once you're logged in, you will need to click the "Client Profile" link.
